I want to personally encourage full-time employees with children ages 0-5 to apply for the new childcare benefit we are offering that could make a big difference for your family. We have decided to extend the application deadline to December 31, 2025. The program begins February 2, 2026.
Eligible Kelley Automotive Group employees may qualify for Tri-Share+, a childcare cost-sharing program that can reduce childcare costs by up to 66% for children ages 0–5. Through this program, childcare costs are shared between Kelley Automotive Group, the employee, and community funding—making quality care much more affordable. If your family meets the criteria, the program covers one child per family.
This is a wonderful opportunity to receive meaningful support with child care expenses, and I strongly encourage eligible employees to look into it.
