$50—Greg Harms, Wash Attendant at Chevy FW, given by Pete Baltes on 7/23: “Greg has reported several software glitches for customers at the Chevrolet Car Wash kiosks today regarding tag renewals. He asked the right questions to get and report details that I need to work on solving these issues. Greg also answered my phone call right as he was arriving for work, willing to help with a controller error over the phone since I was at the GN site at the moment. Moments after, the customer who called me with a problem on their Luxe subscription called back to tell me that “your helpful attendant fixed it for me”. Excellent!”
