To bring some well-deserved attention to those nominated for Co-worker Kudos, we are going to be publishing the names and kudos of those stellar employees on the intranet each week. Below are the people that have been nominated this week.
They will all be eligible to win the $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00 gift cards at the end of the month. To submit a Kudos, go to your Paycom profile and click the Question Mark icon in the upper right corner of your screen then select “Co-worker Kudos” (or “New Message” if you’ve submitted before) to fill out and submit the form. It’s that easy and you can submit as many Kudos as you would like!
Will Royer: “Will is one of our apprentice technicians from the Career Center, and he is doing an excellent job. When the technician he was working with got stuck on a big complicated job and couldn’t take the time to guide him through, instead of sitting around, Will came into the dispatch office and asked something that he would get done himself. He was able to get another customer’s vehicle done, when a lot of other people would have just sat around and waited. Good job, Will!”
Edward Gallo: “Edward has been a fantastic addition to our team at Kelley Chevrolet! He has been helping keep things clean and running smoothly, and even makes good use of his downtime performing small but important tasks without even being asked! Thank you, Edward, and we are excited to continue to have you as a valued member of our team!”
