Where is employee parking?
Depending on department either in the back of Cadillac or in the back of the service department.
What is the dress code for employees?
Dress pants and Kelley polos for customer facing employees. Wear black for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Wear Red for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Technicians wear uniforms provided.
Who can I speak to about benefits?

What discounts do we get when we buy a car/service?
At the discretion of the manager on used and GM dealer employee discount.
How are customer complaints or disputes handled?
Employees are empowered to handle most. However, some disputes may be given over to the Service Manager who decides the best course of action.
